This quadruple 2-input positive-OR gate is designed for 1.65-V to 5.5-VVoc operation.
The GT74LVC32 performs the Boolean function Y=A+Bor Y=A·Bin positive logic.The CMOSdevice has highoutput drive while maintaining low static powerdissipation over a broadVccoperating range.
This device is fully specified for partial-power-downapplications using loff.The loff circuitry disables theoutputs,preventing damaging current backflow throughthe device when it is powered down.
