The GT4223 is a dual-channel single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch that is designed to operate from 1.65V to 5V.
The GT4223 features ultra-low on-resistance, low voltage and fast switching times. The high performances make it very suitable for multiple applications, such as portable equipment, audio and video signal routing, etc. This device is available packaged in QFN1.8×1.4-10L, MSOP-10 and DFN3×3-10L.
