[Product Release] GT62X Series Low-Voltage, Low-Noise Op-Amps

2025-06-26 10:47:13

Product

The GT62X series is a family of low-voltage, low-noise operational amplifiers designed for versatile applications. It offers a 7 MHz unity-gain bandwidth and low noise of just 9.5 nV/√Hz at 1 kHz, with a quiescent current of 0.6 mA per amplifier at 5 V.

Optimized for low-voltage systems, GT62X supports rail-to-rail output swing under heavy loads, and rail-to-rail input with a maximum input offset voltage of ±1.5 mV across the recommended temperature range. It also provides excellent capacitive load driving under low supply voltages, operating from 2.2 V to 5.5 V.

With low input offset (±1.5 mV max), a 7 MHz gain bandwidth product, and ultra-low noise, GT62X is ideal for sensor interfaces, audio, active filters, A/D converters, communications, test equipment, cordless and mobile phones, laptops and tablets, photodiode amplification, and battery-powered instruments.

Package options include:

  • GT621: SC70-5, SOT23-5, SOP8, MSOP8

  • GT622: SOP8, MSOP8

  • GT624: SOP14, TSSOP14
