2025-06-26 10:47:13
Product
The GT834XP series offers low-voltage operation with rail-to-rail input and output, delivering an excellent speed-to-power ratio. It features a 1.1 MHz bandwidth and 0.4 V/μs slew rate. These op-amps are unity-gain stable and have ultra-low input bias current. They operate from a single 2.2V–5.5V supply or dual ±1.1V–±2.75V supplies, with a temperature range of -40°C to +125°C.
The series provides low input offset voltage:
– GT8341P: ±0.5 mV (max)
– GT8342P: ±0.8 mV (max)
– GT8344P: ±1.0 mV (max)
With a 1.1 MHz gain bandwidth and 0.4 V/μs slew rate, GT834XP op-amps are ideal for a wide range of applications, including sensors, audio, active filters, A/D converters, communications, test equipment, mobile/cordless phones, laptops, tablets, photodiode amplification, and battery-powered instruments.
Package options:
– GT8341P: SC70-5, SOT23-5, SOP8, MSOP8
