The GT74LVCXTX45 series includes 1-, 2-, 4-, 8-, and 16-bit transceivers with dual-supply, configurable level shifting. It supports data rates up to 420 Mbps, meeting high-speed communication needs.

This series operates with two independent supply rails: VCCA and VCCB (1.65 V to 5.5 V), enabling flexible bidirectional translation between voltage nodes like 1.8 V, 2.5 V, 3.3 V, and 5.5 V. A-side tracks VCCA, B-side tracks VCCB. VCC isolation ensures all inputs go high-impedance if either supply is grounded. Inputs are always active and held at defined logic levels to prevent excess ICC and ICCZ. Control pins are powered by VCCA. Operating temperature range: -40°C to +125°C.

Typical applications include communication devices, industrial control, embedded systems, and consumer electronics.
