Product
The GT4321 is a Double-Pole Double-Throw (DPDT) analog switch designed for multiplexing USB 2.0 and negative polarity analog audio signals. One of its channels features wide bandwidth (800 MHz) and low bit-to-bit skew, ensuring high-speed differential signal transmission with excellent signal integrity. The other channel offers an ultra-low on-resistance of just 2.5 Ω. Both switch channels support bidirectional transmission with minimal signal attenuation at the output.
With its low channel resistance and low input/output capacitance, the device achieves an industry-leading propagation delay of under 250 ps. It also offers excellent crosstalk suppression between channels, effectively reducing noise interference.
These features make the GT4321 ideal for use in mobile phones, high-fidelity audio signal switching, portable diagnostic instruments, USB 2.0 high-speed data switching, and USB 3.x Type-C interface switching.
The GT4321 is available in a QFN1.4×1.8-10 package and operates over a wide temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, making it suitable for a variety of harsh-environment applications.
