The GT897X series is a high-performance, rail-to-rail input, push-pull output ultra-high-speed comparator family.The GT897X comparators can operate from a single 2.5V to 5.5V supply, as well as from dual supplies ranging from ±1.25V to ±2.75V.The input common-mode range extends 0.1V beyond the supply rails.The GT897X features a low propagation delay of 10ns while consuming only 2mA per channel, and can directly drive CMOS or TTL logic.
