The GT811X series of products offer low-voltage operation, rail-to-rail input and output, as well as excellent speed/power ratio. They feature outstanding bandwidth (18kHz) and a 7.7V/ms slew rate. These operational amplifiers are unity gain stable and have ultra-low input bias current.
The GT811X series operational amplifiers can operate within the temperature range of -40°C to +125°C, and can be used in single power supply (1.4V - 5.5V) or dual power supply (±0.7V - ±2.75V) configurations. The GT811X series has a low input mismatch voltage of ±3mV (max), and also has 750nA of static current and 120dB of open-loop gain. These characteristics make these operational amplifiers highly suitable for various applications, such as sensors, audio, active filters, A/D converters, communication, test equipment, cellular phones and cordless phones, laptops and tablets, photodiode amplification, battery-powered instruments.
Regarding packaging, the GT8111 offers SC70-5, SOT23-5 and SOP8, MSOP8 packages. The GT8112 offers SOP8, MSOP8 and TSSOP8 packages. The GT8114 offers SOP14, TSSOP14 packages.
