GT4223 is a two-channel single-pole double-throw (SPDT) analog switch with extremely low resistance. At a 4.2V power supply voltage, the resistance of GT4223 is only 0.4Ω. This switch has a bidirectional transmission function and a high bandwidth of 100 MHz. Its excellent channel-to-channel crosstalk suppression capability and turn-off isolation ensure the minimization of noise interference. This product can operate normally within the -40°C to +85°C temperature range with an input voltage of 1.65 V to 5 V. These features make this switch suitable for scenarios such as mobile phones, handheld mobile terminals, portable detection instruments, and power supply systems.
GT4223 offers MSOP10, QFN1.8×1.4-10L, and DFN3×3-10L packages, supporting various design requirements of product systems.
