Inverters
GT74LVC3G14
The operating voltage range of the GT74LVC3G14 triple Schmitt-trigger inverter is 1.65 V to 5.5 V. The GT74LVC3G14 device contains three inverters and performs the Boolean function Y=A . Because of the Schmitt-Trigger inputs, the device may have different input threshold levels for positive-going (VT+) and negative-going (VT-) signals, to provide hysteresis (ΔVT) which makes the device tolerant to slow or noisy input signals. This device is fully specified for partial-power-down applications using Ioff. The Ioff circuitry disables the outputs, preventing damaging current backflow through the device when it is powered down.
